JOB RESPONSIBILITES:-
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Designing local road schemes and maintaining the road network, including structures such as bridges.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
- Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.

Minimum Requirements

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with experience in minor/major bridge culvert, and structural components of road projects to manage site execution, quality control, and team coordination. The candidate will work closely with the engineering and construction teams to ensure structures are built as per approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise execution of structures including culverts, minor/major bridges, retaining walls, and drainage structures.
- Ensure works are executed as per structural drawings, GFCs, and MoRTH/IRC standards.
- Inspect formwork, reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting activities.
- Coordinate with contractors and labour teams for timely execution.
- Maintain daily site records (work done, material usage, labour deployment).
- Ensure curing, de-shuttering, and surface finishing are carried out properly.
- Monitor material quality (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.).
- Liaise with quality engineers and lab staff for cube testing and material testing.
- Implement safety measures at site and ensure compliance.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and checklists.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- ITI Civil or 12th pass with strong structural site experience may also be considered
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years in supervision of structural works (bridges/culverts)
- Experience on PMGSY, NHAI, RCD, or similar government projects preferred
- Experience working in hilly, tribal, or rural terrains is an advantage
